How do I search for a lodge?
Type your desired city into the search box and/or select from our wide range of criteria offered. A list of all the properties that match your criteria/preferences will appear. You can click on any property name for more information and to arrange for a viewing.
How to refine my search using more criteria?
Click on ‘Advance options’, which is located under the main “search” button of our homepage. A list of further criteria will appear and you can select the ones that match your interests.
How do I proceed once I have found a lodge I’m interested in?
You can get agent phone and mail contact which is located on the right of the listing to directly e-mail or call the relevant agency. Alternatively, you can fill in the form located at the bottom of the page to state your request. Somebody from the agency will contact you to take care of your request as soon as possible.
How do I register on Lodgecheck.com?
For full access to become and agent or a landlord an even more customized service and to save time by preserving your preferences you can create an account on Lodgecheck by clicking on “Register ” located at the top of our homepage. You can then select “General, or Landlord or Agent” depending of the category you fall into and the your proceed to fill in the form with your details. Once you have completed the register, you can access your account at any time by using your selected username and password.
The website does not recognize my password. What do I have to do?
In case you have forgotten your password or your password is not recognized by the website, you can click on “Forgot my password”. A confirmation link will be sent to your e-mail address and you will be given the opportunity to choose a different password.
How can I create a list of properties I am interested in?
Once you have logged into your account, you can save a listing by clicking on “saved”, located on the listing’s page, under the basic characteristics of the property. This will then appear in “Listings” and/or “Favourites”.
How does the e-mail/SMS alert work?
It is a free service which sends you updates of all new listings/ properties that match your selected search criteria. You have the option to receive alerts in real-time, at the end of each day or at the end of each week. That way, you stay updated with the latest information on the housing market, without having to constantly check our website for ‘new arrivals’.
How can I activate the e-mail/SMS alert?
After typing in your desired criteria and once the full list of matching properties appears, you can activate the e-mail/SMS alert by clicking on “SMS Alert” or “E-mail Alert”. You will be asked to provide us with your phone number and/or e-mail address in order to benefit from this service.
How do I deactivate the e-mail/SMS alert?
You can deactivate the service at any time by simply clicking on the corresponding option in your user profile.
